Versatile and creative, Jo brings enthusiasm, warmth, and a down-to-earth approach to her work with both individuals and groups grappling with loss, change, and stress of all kinds. Her method, support, and guidance are all about helping you learn what works and how to do it.
Jo enjoys singing and playing the guitar and the mandolin. In 2011, she founded and directed a hospice choir which sang at the bedsides of the dying and offered educational presentations to the community about the power of music at the end of life.
In addition to making music, Jo’s own recipe for restoring and maintaining emotional well-being includes writing, skiing, hiking, kayaking, dancing, and chatting with good friends around cozy campfires.
