We’ll work together to clarify your goals, identify your obstacles, and co-create your path forward by way of simple practices which can yield surprisingly quick results.
Twenty-five years as a clinical social worker enrich my mindfulness-based “coach approach” which prioritizes helping you improve your emotional functioning right now so that you can feel better in mind, body, and spirit. The better you feel, the better able you are to confidently address and resolve stress. The less stress you feel, the more clarity, motivation, and energy you will have at your disposal to make desired changes in your life.

The Power of Presence is a 90-minute stand-alone workshop designed to introduce you to The Five Ps of Inner Peace while delivering simple practices you can take away and put into practice right away to reduce your stress and increase your emotional well-being, even in hard times.
The Five Ps of Inner Peace is a four-hour training which can be delivered in multiple formats including a daylong session, a half-day session, or four 90-minute sessions.
